COACHING PHILOSOPHY

In my Coaching Philosophy, I emphasize empowering both individuals and leaders to uncover and develop their potential, adopting a holistic approach that values personal growth alongside professional skills. Ethical integrity is paramount, and I tailor my coaching to meet the unique needs and goals of each person and organization. I stress the importance of continuous learning and adaptability in today’s dynamic business environment and prioritize the development of strong communication and collaboration skills. My approach is results-oriented, balancing personal development with measurable business outcomes.

I advocate for sustainable strategies and a long-term vision in both personal and professional realms, emphasizing empathy and emotional intelligence as key components of effective leadership and personal success. Regular feedback and reflective practices are integral, fostering a mindset of self-awareness and continuous improvement essential for both individual and organizational success.

This philosophy aims to cultivate leaders and individuals who are not only effective in their roles but also responsible, ethically minded, and personally fulfilled.

MY FAMILY

Peggy and I have been happily married since 1991 and are proud parents to our son Tyler, who is currently pursuing his college education in IT. Peggy, a dedicated former school system employee with 30 years of service, embraced retirement briefly before returning to work. Her passion for helping others led her back to the workforce, where she now contributes to a cause close to our hearts: a nonprofit organization we helped establish, which focuses on serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (www.tlcocala.org). As a native Floridian, I share with Peggy a deep appreciation for the Sunshine State's offerings. We are avid enthusiasts of its beautiful beaches and enjoy camping almost all year round, making the most of the wonderful climate and natural beauty that Florida provides.
